Evangel Classical Christian School was founded and propelled to the present day by people with the vision, drive, and initiative to take a dream and make it a reality. We now call on the support of friends, both old and new, to further the vision and mission of our school.

Gifts of Cash

If you make a cash gift, you are entitled to a charitable deduction against income in the year in which you make your gift.

Gifts of Appreciated Securities and Other Property

On securities and property subject to long-term capital gains, full current value is usually deductible and the capital gains tax on the donor’s profit avoided.

Deferred Gifts

Charitable remainder trusts and unitrusts offer a wide variety of tax saving possibilities. Eventually the corpus of the trust goes to Evangel Classical Christian School, but in the interim, the donor or other beneficiary receives steady income and tax deductions.

A charitable lead trust can provide income from property to Evangel Classical Christian School for a period of time and convey that property to a beneficiary of the donor’s choice after that period. This can result in substantial tax savings and reduction of estate tax liability. Donors can also give a remainder interest in a residence or vacation home which they continue to own during their lifetime.

Life Insurance

Gifts of life insurance policies, both those which are paid in full and those on which premiums are still being paid, can offer important tax benefits.

Wills and Bequests

Wills and bequests permit donors to commit assets which they might need during their lifetime, allowing significantly larger gifts, and reducing estate taxes.

Corporate Matching Gifts

Donors whose companies match charitable contributions to secondary schools may further enhance a gift to our campaign.
